A BIT ABOUT ENERGY AND VIBES...
We all talk about energy in different ways: coal, gas, calories, wind power, and electricity…but there is so much more to it than just that!
We are all beings of energy and energy is always in motion. Albert Einstein, among other physicists have confirmed that on a quantum level, everything that exists in the universe is energy. From humans to tiny rocks on the ocean floor, we are all forms of the same thing. In 1944, quantum physicist, Max Planck, called this “The Divine Matrix.” This says that everything is connected, there is no “empty space.” Now, I CERTAINLY AM NOT going into quantum physics as that is just not in my lane! But, I will say that there are subatomic particles, some 100,000 times smaller than an atom that float around in the air and within us.
What does this mean? The processes in our body, our thoughts and emotions are forms of energy that affect us more than we may realize.
An experiment done at Heart Math Institute in California, involved taking samples of DNA and moving them to a different location than the DNA donor. A myriad of emotions were elicited by the donor. The responses of the Donor and of the DNA strands placed in a different location were observed and measured at the same time. Even though some of the DNA collected was up to 350 miles away from the donor, the reactions were the same for both. With negative emotions such as fear and anger, the DNA samples shortened and contracted. With happy, loving and grateful emotions, the DNA strands relaxed and lengthened.
This experiment demonstrates how much our thoughts and emotions can impact us on a profound level when we are in a negative state.
With this scientific evidence as well as the CDC estimating that 90% of medical conditions are caused by stress, I feel this is vital information!
I have always been one to ask “Why?” The fact that a great majority of diseases in the Western Hemisphere are caused by stress just isn't a good enough answer for me. What do we do with stress? What do we perceive as stress? How do we transform perceived negativity without shoving those feelings away?
Laughing, taking deep breaths, being moved to tears, feeling warmth in your heart and standing up are all ways we allow energy to flow and “increase our vibration.”
Working with a facilitator who is trained in energy work or a professional who can help you with your intentions to improve your health can also help remove any blocks and increase your awareness of yourself.
I don’t promise that taking care of your energy will yield magical, unicorn filled experiences all the time, but it will place you in line with your desires by practicing speaking, eating, exercising, and filling your life with experiences that make your spirit fly. I don't know of a more worthy cause.
As we work on our bodies, through meditation, prayer, diet and exercise we start to become aware of the subtle energies in and around the body.
Our energies must flow freely in order to have good health.
This is your life, your spirit, you body and your energy. Choose what you practice wisely.
